Andrea Laura Barber is an American actress. She was the character Kimmy in Full House (ABC) as well as Fuller House (Netflix). Andrea Barber is a US-born actress, born in Los Angeles California on July 3rd, 1976. She is an actress and writer, known for Full House (1986), Fuller House (2016) and Days of Our Lives (1965).
